Our Story

In 1945, as South Florida was beginning its transformation into one of America’s premier hospitality destinations, Cy’s Linen was founded to serve the restaurants, hotels, and businesses that were growing up alongside it. For eight decades, Cy’s built a reputation as the most trusted name in South Florida linen service — earning the confidence of some of the region’s most demanding clients, including several of Miami’s Michelin Star Restaurants.

Keys Linen extended that same standard of service to the southernmost stretch of the state, ensuring that properties from Miami to Key West received the same quality and reliability that Cy’s had become known for.

Ser-Clean added its own depth of expertise and operational capability to the group, strengthening our capacity to serve businesses across South Florida with consistent, high-quality commercial laundry solutions.

Today, these three organizations operate as one under the Elavo name—but our commitment to exceptional customer service remains unchanged.
