About the Role
Our drivers are the face of Elavo on the road and at our clients’ doors. You’ll be responsible for the reliable, professional delivery and pickup of linen carts across our South Florida service area.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive 26 ft trucks between Port St. Lucie and Miami
- Deliver and pick up 400 lb laundry carts at client locations
- Check in and check out items accurately at each stop
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional conduct
Compensation: $13/hour
Language Requirements: English or Spanish
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
About the Role
Linen processors are at the heart of our operation. You’ll work on our production floor keeping linens moving, organized, and meeting our quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed and operate ironing and folding machines
- Fold and process towels using folding equipment
- Keep products organized and accurately tracked by customer
- Identify and sort linens by client account
Delivery Driver
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
Language: English required; Spanish a plus
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Logistics Manager
Compensation: Competitive; based on experience
Language: English required; Spanish a plus
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent experience
About the Role
The Logistics Manager oversees both the fleet and the daily delivery operations that keep Elavo’s linen carts moving across South Florida. This role owns everything from truck maintenance and safety compliance to route planning and driver scheduling — ensuring vehicles are ready to run and every delivery happens on time between Key West and West Palm Beach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for a fleet of 26 ft trucks
- Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to keep the fleet road-ready
- Schedule and manage a team of delivery drivers
- Ensure DOT compliance, vehicle registration, and safety certifications stay current
- Monitor on-time pickup/delivery performance and resolve service issues
- Track fuel usage, fleet costs, and identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses
- Oversee driver safety programs, incident reporting, and accident investigations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on cart inventory and check-in/check-out accuracy
- Make vehicle lifecycle decisions — repairs vs. replacement, upfits, and new purchases
- Analyze logistics and telematics data to improve efficiency and reduce fleet downtime
Director of Human Resources
Compensation: Competitive; based on experience
Language: English required; Spanish a plus
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM/PHR certification is a plus)
About the Role
The Director of HR leads people strategy across Elavo’s growing workforce, spanning drivers, plant staff, and corporate teams. You’ll build the policies, culture, and processes that keep employees supported and the organization compliant as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention across all locations
- Develop and enforce HR policies, benefit administration, and compliance with labor law
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
- Lead payroll coordination, safety training programs, and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT-related HR requirements for driver staff
